# AwesomeTechStack

> AwesomeTechStack audits any website's technology stack and scores it from 0 to 100 - the Awesomeness Score - across four audited dimensions: technology choice, version currency, engineering quality (Lighthouse) and AI-readiness.

Enter a URL and the platform detects the technologies (5,000+ across 105 categories, from a community-maintained catalogue of technology definitions), runs a Lighthouse audit, checks the TLS certificate and known vulnerabilities, and computes a transparent, published score. Score bands: 0-49 low, 50-89 medium, 90-100 high. Monitored sites are re-audited on a schedule and log new vulnerabilities, end-of-life libraries, version drift, certificate expiry and score changes to a live event feed. AI-readiness is graded A-F on every new audit and counted as the fourth dimension of the score (methodology 2026.08). Developers can run audits programmatically over a REST API or an MCP server (POST /api/v2/mcp, API-key bearer auth) exposing the analyze, diff, list-vulnerabilities and ai-readiness tools for AI agents.
